Memorial to those who were killed in the 1943 Reading air raid sign now

On Wednesday, February 10, 1943, 41 people were killed and more than 100 injured in a German bombing raid on Reading town centre.

Many towns and cities which suffered similar tragedies have such a memorial and we believe Reading should be no different.

It does not need to be big or expensive, but they should be remembered.
