The Monaco is a new approach to high-rise living in downtown Kelowna. Attainable high-rise homes for the working people of Kelowna have never before been offered. 47% of the units in Monaco are within the qualification range of those earning $53,500 (the Okanagan median income). This is a breakthrough in the downtown high-rise housing prices.


The Monaco is a double tower residential development of 241 homes standing on a podium encasing a parkade fronted by retail at grade, offices above, and 9 live-work artist’s lofts. The project is financed and proposed for construction in a single phase for completion in 2014.
