Improving Copyright Laws for Digitally Published sign now

Bill C-11 is in second reading and while it has a great deal of improvement over the current copyright law there is still a great deal of work needing to be done. There needs to be strictor penalties for piracy in today's digital market to prevent the theft of thousands and thousands of books from valid vendors, publishers, and authors.
