David Walliams to receive a knighthood for extraordinarily services to charity. sign now
For a long time now David Walliams has pushed himself to the limit for charity.
Whether in public by: Swimming the Channel and the Straits of Gibraltar, cycling the length of England or presenting 24 hours on end for Comic/Sport Relief.
Or in silence by donating money, endless hours of his time or giving away personal belongings to be auctioned. You can find him in hospital, visiting sick children or wounded soldiers or speaking for CRY. He has even bought a house and is sending monthly support to a family in India.
David feels that he has been put in his position to help and has said that he is determined to make the world a better place and that there is no length he will not go to to help.
A person like David is a rare treasure. Someone like him comes along only once. Now he has expressed an interest in pushing himself to the final limit by swimming the Thames to raise even more money for charity.
Still he has never received the credit and recognition for it that he so richly deserves. His efforts should not be ignored. So for this reason and many more a knighthood for David has been long overdue.
Please support David in getting credit for his work!!
