Compulsory training for educators to ensure better treatment of children with ADHD in the Northern Ireland education system sign now

This petition aims to help protect the rights of children and young people with Attention Deficit Hyper-activity Disorder (AD/HD) within the Northern Ireland education system.

We (ADDNI) hope to:

- achieve a higher level of understanding about AD/HD especially among those in educator roles
- for AD/HD to be recognised as often requiring accommodations to be made within an educational setting
- ensure that the affects of AD/HD on a young person are managed in a way that enables that individual to reach their full potential
