South Bay Protection sign now

This petition is to stop the destruction of the 'South Bay' in front of The Outback Resort. There is a 72 slip permanent marina proposed for 'South Bay, in addition to the over 75 buoys they already have in the water and they are applying currently for the water rights as well, which would give them full control. Other than being a hazard to the swimmers and non boaters using the bay, this marina will be damage our drinking water, the fish habitat, and the magnificent natural beauty of the bay. Signing this petition shows that you don't support the marina or any construction in the bay. We would like to see this bay preserved as a public area used for swimming and the marina to stay in 'Quarry Bay'. We are trying to get the application overturned by government, your support would be appreciated.
