Abortion : Canada needs restriction laws sign now

Canada is one of the few countries to not have a law restricting abortion.
Not only does Canada not have a law restricting abortion; it has a law permitting it.
Section 223 of the Criminal Code states that a baby has no rights until it has completely emerged from its mother’s body.
It is perfectly legal to have an abortion at 9 months pregnant.

Many abortions are performed when the baby has a beating heart and distinctive limbs. Oftentimes, during the abortion process, the baby is heard crying.

There is no difference between aborting a baby at such a late stage and killing a person.
